I have been going to bills for a while now and I am so happy that I have, I feel like I can trust Bill with my vehicle and they will always keep me posted on what needs to be done and let me know how much it will cost before they start. I also like the fact they were very understanding when I needed to leave my van for the day for them to work on I was a bit stressed about it cause I didn’t know how I would be able to do that but they were very kind to put mind at ease and told me they can come pick up my vehicle work on it then bring it back to me, needless to say I was happy to hear about that and they were able to relieve some of my stress. I live in Greensboro but will only go to Bill’s Auto Clinic in Winston-Salem. They service anything that’s necessary on my car and inform me of the what, why and when it is needed. Bill and his staff are very knowledgeable and have always been professional and friendly to me. I have never had to wait over 5 minutes at my appointment time. I also appreciate the online history information. I have recommended several people to Bill’s and they have had the same experience. I will continue to be a very pleased customer.

Lead service writer and general manager described by our customers as “worth her weight in gold”, and always so friendly, professional, and ready to help. She has been with Bill’s Auto Clinic, Inc. for 10 years and continues to excel in the car care and auto repair industry.
Dan is our lead mechanic. He continuously exceeds in customer service expectations because he is accurate, efficient and friendly. ASE certified, Dan has been with Bill’s Auto Clinic, Inc. for 12 years and continues expanding his knowledge with educational course studies for specialized repairs of modern, technologically advanced gasoline and hybrid electric powered vehicles of every make and model.
Ricky joined Bill’s Auto Clinic, Inc.’s team of licensed automotive technicians. Rick has over 15 years experience in auto repair and service. He is General Motors certified and always has a smile and a helping hand.

Bill has over 30 years was previously employed as a mechanic by manufacturer dealerships and is a former Dodge Five Star technician. He doesn’t like to brag, and all his certificates and licenses are in a drawer at
Bill’s Auto Clinic, Inc. to prove it. Wendy is our Marketing Director, and is responsible for customer communications and services, continuing education classes for all staff, customer and vehicle shuttle service.
Our Beliefs and Goals for Our Community
Bill’s Auto Clinic, Inc. and our subsidiary companies HYBRID SHOP OF THE TRIAD and Green Leaf Battery operate daily by purchasing auto parts, business supplies, and recycling services from local small businesses whenever possible. We believe in a reduce, reuse, recycle system of repurposing. From printing paper in our office to recycling oil and fluids collected during maintenance services, resurfacing brake rotors and reconditioning hybrid vehicle batteries, we aim to keep as much out of the landfills as possible, and reducing carbon footprint. Our shuttle vehicles, and even some of our personal vehicles are now hybrid electric with reconditioned batteries.
We support many local schools, charities, and churches through participation in advertisement campaigns, fundraisers, monetary donations, and volunteer services like “Jesus Labor Of Love”, which is a program in which we donate a certain number of labor hours per month to repair vehicles for single moms.
We are in the planning stages of a new not for profit somewhat like “Wheels 4 Hope” called “Chariots of Fire-Cars for our Community”. We plan to utilize the services of students and interns from Forsyth Tech, Forsyth County Correctional “second chance” work release inmates, and other apprentice mechanics under the supervision of our master mechanics, to repair the cars that are donated by people in the community for tax deductions, and to give those “technicians” a learning experience that benefits everyone involved. We hope to see this program help all ages and walks of people right here in Winston Salem.
